·         Pilot project for Messaging on Tap (MOT) and Applications on Tap (AOT), which resulted in positive levels of employee acceptance, increased satisfaction and enhanced the accessibility of all communication systems.

Ø       Installed and tested Enterprise Financial Information Packages (EFIP) on DOS/WIN3.X, WIN95, WIN98, Windows ME, OS/2, Microsoft NT 4.0 Workstations/Servers and Microsoft Windows 2000. This activity resulted in realistic performance testing and implementation planning.

·         Help Desk and 1^st line of support for 1000+ clients using EFIP, 3,000+ clients using cc: Mail, 20,000+ clients using Remote Dialin and more than 1000+ clients using Profitability Workstations (PWS). Commended by the company President on outstanding Customer Service Skills in demonstrating the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ø       Installed and implemented Enterprize Intel LanDesk software and Verdict for Y2K project. This work was instrumental in proactively detecting several serious components that were not Y2K compliant allowing the development and computer staff to take proactive corrective action.
